Soaps

Updated: Oct 11, 2021

Even before Christ, the Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans used soap in its original form as an alkaline mixture of fat and ash. Over the centuries, the recipe has improved and today, it can originally be found in various forms.

The ancient Romans used lavender for fragrant baths and the name of the plant is thought to be derived from the Latin word lavare (follow). The oil has antiseptic and analgesic effects, so it is used in preparations against acne, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, mosquito bites, pain in muscles and joints, and its sedative effect has been proven.

Today there are soaps in many variants, and the hygienic world is divided into proponents of liquid soap and lovers of good, old solid soap. Solid, handmade cold soap nourishes the skin thanks to the high content of olive oil, coconut and palm oil, cocoa butter and beeswax, and lavender essential oil. The soap does not contain parabens, dyes, and substances of animal origin, and lavender essential oil will soothe all your senses at the end of the day.
